Payment Gateway Policy
This policy applies to all online payments made on our website. Customers using the online payment facility are requested to read this policy carefully before making an online payment.
- Gupta Vibhor & Associates is only providing a facility of Payment Gateway or Bank or Financial Institution or Third-Party vendor which will allow you to make the payment online. Please be aware that this service may mean links to other websites outside the website of Gupta Vibhor & Associates. We in no way be responsible for the Privacy Policies of other websites which you will access when using facility of Payment Gateway Service.
- The information that you provide during online payment shall be solely used for the purpose of carrying out the payment transaction. Your card details will be processed and stored by the Payment Gateway Service Provider or the Bank only. The details provided by you shall be utilized only for the purpose of receiving the payment.
- In order to ensure authentic processing of online payment transaction you may be asked to provide the Credit/Debit/Wallet/Pre-Paid Card details to the Approved Payment Gateway Provider, you are agreeing that the details punched in by you are true and correct in all matters. You are also ensuring that the card which is being used to make the online payment transaction belongs to you and has not been obtained by you illegally.
- The information provided by you will not be disclosed to any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications, by relevant applicable legislation, or a decision of a competent court. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your card details. Gupta Vibhor & Associates shall not be liable for any loss/damage that may arise because of any unauthorized use of your card.
- Any additional charges imposed by your Bank or by the Payment Gateway Service Provider shall be solely borne by the customer using the online payment mechanism/system.
- By using our Online Payment Gateway service, you agree to indemnify and hold Gupta Vibhor & Associates harmless against any and all claims, losses, damages and actions that you as customer may initiate regarding the Online Payment Gateway Service. Gupta Vibhor & Associates and its employees will not be held liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, that may be suffered by the customer as a result of using our Online Payment Gateway Service.
